The Rus Post van is parked on the main road right in front of the Post Office. The Rus Post car key has a static spawn under one of the rear wheels of the van itself — crouch and look at the ground. If it's not there (rare RNG), check drawers inside the Post Office or buy it on the flea. Once you have the key, use it on the back of the van to open the cargo door and pick up the Item #1156 specification. This step pairs perfectly with step 8 (the three tapes) — do them in one raid, save yourself a queue.
Why this matters: this is Major #2 of 8 for Mr. Kerman in The Ticket. Stash it. Do not hand to Mechanic, do not list on flea, do not sell — once it leaves your stash, the Savior route closes. If the key isn't already in stash, a Scav run before the PMC raid is a reliable source. New players: don't bother fighting for control of the area — wait for the chaos to settle, then move in quietly.
