Ground Zero is the original tutorial map but is locked at level 21+ for the high-level version — that's the version required for this step (the science office isn't accessible in the low-level version). The TerraGroup main building is in the centre of the map; go to 2F and find office #4. If the TerraGroup science office key isn't available, the office can also be reached via the balcony of the adjacent open room — break the window, climb on the desk, walk along the exterior ledge, and enter through the locked office's balcony. Inside, the Note mentioning Item #1156 is on the corner desk, tucked into a book with a letter slightly sticking out — read it to tick the objective.

This step gives you the lead, not the deliverable — the actual Item #1156 specification (Major #2 of 8) is picked up later in the chapter from the Rus Post van on Streets. Read this note, then queue Streets for the next steps.
